Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — we offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150 within the contiguous United States.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible at skrventuresllc@gmail.com. We process orders quickly and cannot guarantee changes once an order has been submitted, but we will do our best to accommodate you.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally at this time.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Contact us to obtain a return authorization before shipping anything back.
Who pays for return shipping?
If an item is defective, damaged, or we shipped the wrong item, we will provide a pre-paid return label. For all other returns or exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed. Refunds are issued in the original form of payment minus handling fees.
What items cannot be returned?
Clearance items, Final Sale items, Special-Order items, Custom Products, and Gift Cards are not eligible for return or exchange.
Products
What bulbs do I need for my fixture?
Each fixture includes a label specifying the maximum wattage and compatible bulb types. We recommend warm white LED bulbs (2700K–3000K) for the best look. If you have questions about a specific fixture, contact us.
Are your fixtures dimmable?
Many of our fixtures are compatible with dimmable LED bulbs and a compatible dimmer switch. Check the individual product page or contact us to confirm dimming compatibility for a specific item.
Can I use your fixtures outdoors?
Only fixtures explicitly rated for outdoor use should be installed outside. Check the product listing for outdoor/wet-rated specifications. Installing an indoor fixture outdoors will void any warranty.
Do you offer custom or special-order items?
Yes, we can accommodate some custom and special-order requests. Contact us at skrventuresllc@gmail.com to discuss your needs. Please note that custom and special-order items are non-returnable.
Installation
Do your fixtures come with installation instructions?
Yes, all fixtures include installation instructions in the packaging. You can also visit our Installation Guide page for general guidance.
Do I need an electrician to install my fixture?
Basic fixture replacements can typically be done by a confident DIYer. However, if you are not comfortable working with electrical wiring, we strongly recommend hiring a licensed electrician.
