Shipping Policy

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150 shipped within the contiguous United States. Orders under $150 are subject to a flat-rate shipping fee calculated at checkout.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high order volumes.

Shipping Carriers

We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS. The carrier is selected based on your location and the size of your order to ensure the safest and most efficient delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier's website to monitor your delivery status. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we ship to addresses within the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally at this time.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at skrventuresllc@gmail.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. Please retain all original packaging and take photos of any damage — we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ship a replacement or issue a refund.
